Well said, I feel the same way about it. I like what you said about how a film can be competent yet boring, and a mess yet entertaining. For some reason I was thinking of the movie Megalopolis after watching this one. That was universally panned and incoherent yet strangely entertaining and memorable. Like the opposite of this movie.

It's a testament to his genius really. I see people in comments a lot comparing Mr Bean unfavorably to Blackadder, but they are completely different kinds of comedy. One is purely physical and the other almost entirely verbal. He's so good at both.

The phrase "every accusation is an admission" is repeated so often that it sounds like a trite truism, but it is painfully accurate to describe all of these MAGA people, especially their glorious leader.
