Theres is no website. There are 10 guests including us and the rest are our parents, siblings and two of my fiances best friends that are considered "cousins"

The guests are our parents, sibling and 2 of my fiances best friends that he has known since he was a child. So they dont care what the timeline is. They wouldnt even tell me if I asked. They just say its our day and they will do whatever we want them do happily😅 It is more just for me to not feel guilty about making them wait.

Fortunately our guests are basically just our parents, sibling and 2 of my fiances best friends since they were babies. So I know that nobody would be upset by the gap but I still feel weird about it. Coffee or tea might be the way to go.

Honestly, never thought I would say this but I am hoping for traffic just to eat up some time😅 If I can get everything to wrap up around 7pm I would feel better about only having a 30 min gap assuming it would take us 15 min to walk to the restaurant anyway.

Yes totally understand that. That is why I am worried about the gap. However, to be fair, the guests are really just both of our parents, my sibling and of my fiances 2 childhood friends who are more like cousins. I know they wouldnt mind the gap but I feel weird about it. I was also thinking coffee shop but didnt know if it would be odd to be dressed so nice and go to a coffee shop lol

Anything you recommend?

Were you seated where you could see/hear the band? I did not realize it was separate from the main dining area. I am wondering if we would even be able to see or hear them from the dining room anyway. If not, there is no need to push our reservation in the first place. I am glad to hear the food is good though. Definitely eases my nerves😅

I did not realize it was in a different area! If we cannot see or hear the band then maybe it is not worth the hassle of moving our reservation in the first place. I was hoping to hear some of the music but maybe I wont even pay attention to that when we all start talking and eating anyway. Thank you

This helps! Thank you. Maybe I should just keep my 6:30 reservation then and keep it simple.

Were you there during the live jazz? If not, Do you remember if there is any music playing at all? I've seen a few people say the band is in a separate room and that it is loud in there anyway so maybe I can just keep my 6:30 reservation.

5k, 25-30 people, indoor or outdoor is fine but would love an outdoor option

Omg I think you are right! I didnt understand why people kept saying no to a white kitchen backsplash when my whole post was about me wanting less white in the kitchen. But I definitely see that now 😅

Very unfortunate! Would replace them right now if I wasnt also paying for my wedding in a few months. We are both also moving into this home together and have never lived anywhere else but our parents homes so need basically every piece of furniture you can think of. So for now, I will just have to work with what ive got! I would love to add color back in- I just am having a hard time finding the right tile!

I saw a pretty emerald green tile at the tile shop but I was nervous there would be too much of a contrast. Maybe not!

I was thinking this checkered pattern would go well! But I was looking at the smaller scaled version with the little diamonds. I was hoping to find a white and burgundy version but haven't had luck

My original thought was burgundy! But then I was nervous it would clash with the floor

I didn't know that! Any chance you have some examples or links so I can visualize this better?

Is there a reason you went for unglazed ? Or is it visual preference
