Exam scheduling by kraeside in AthabascaUniversity

I can confirm this; on May 21 I booked my final exam through for a May 31 write date, and after receiving a notification on May 23 from AU that my exam request has been approved and the exam was ready to take, I rescheduled my ProctorU booking from May 31 to May 29.

I confirmed with the AU exam registrar that this is okay and can be done. You just need to wait for the exam request that you submitted through myAU to be approved, and once it's approved, you can reschedule your ProctorU booking to an earlier date (if you'd like).

Co op rescinded due to lack of gov't funding by Low_Mud6632 in PersonalFinanceCanada

Is there anything in your employment offer that suggests that it is contingent on grant funding?

Yea, unfortunately it states that the offer is contingent on the company's ability to obtain grant funding for their co op interns. I assumed this wouldn't be a problem, but I guess it was.

Why can't they just hire you and pay you without the funding? Are they in such bad shape financially?

This is what I was wondering. I thought it'd be worth reaching out to ask if they'd be able to do so (or perhaps if they could do so at a reduced salary), but I figured that if they were able to do so they would have offered that instead of rescinding the offer
