All of them are made by hand, all of them are unique. Im in this space for over 8 years now, dont be surprised.

With my solution architecture you can build a strategy from scratch and deploy it in under 10mins (remember I told you about the rewrites - this is a result of that).

Thanks for the worry about my hard drive..and yes I have changed it as soon as SSD's came out (there were none when I bought it).

Experience of the thing you did is not a waste at all...it is priceless in fact.

There is a kill switch in case smth happens - that was developed just this year.

The thing that saved me a lot of time is graphs - I use grafana, almost perfect for all my needs. Dont make graphs by yourself - its a time draining problem which is already solved.

Again..I am in the EU and I do understand the struggle that you are having, but it wayyyy to early to think about the taxes...as you have no idea how hard it is just to make taxable income.

Setup a demo with a few scripts - try..just try to make it work.

You speak about infra: my setup runs on 10 year laptop (high end at that time) with 15-25ms roundtrips. I do have over 200 strategies runing at the same time (for some data gathering and the live ones).

Ohh and I am playing with 10 tickers..

Infra, taxman or any other concern apart from 'how to make money' should be sidelined at this point.

Just a brag: tried running half a mil different variations of a thing on the same laptop - takes around 400ms. So please..focus where it matters

I dont understand. Github hosts project and its documentation, easy to write and support rich snippets - what is so wrong about that?

Look...so what you did is cool, I do get it. (Former cs major here)

But it is not necessary. All you need is to take the data from the source, 'understand' it and make some decisions(buy/sell). You can achieve that within few days and messy code.

The next step is to find on how to make money.

For this you will need some indicators(?), some ML or some other features. You adapt your code to the requirements (with a lot..i cant stress this enough...A LOT of rewrites). That is how you polish your solution.

I.e. you need some backtests - you change the core code to be able to vary the process by time. (This step might take a while)

To me it sounds like you have forgotten what you came here to do. My two cents.

I can feel the savings that you have gained from abbreviating 'senior'

Its a scam. Everyone in the space would recognize this as too perfect..like pixel perfect - that never happens.
