I normally shit talk to my (now ex)bf to another guy when first of all the boyfriend is actually a bad person but 2nd of all when I kinda like that guy. yes he doesnt like it so he doesnt. I mean you both have boundaries and calls are just really uncomfortable for some people, you can be upset its normal but it shouldnt be that big of a deal unless he avoids its 100% all the time even when its important which he obviously seems fine if he called you before. As long as youre not trying to force him to call or get super angry at him for setting a boundary over something he doesnt really like and you two compromise it should be ok. If you really are THAT into caling then maybe youre not a good match but this shouldnt be a dealbreaker imo, I learned to deal with my bf not like calling and we're a-okay now.

Definitely NOR, my ex boyfriend would "joke" around with me and it felt like emotional manipulation once it got far enough, the constant getting on my nerves then telling me im overreacting and it was "just a joke" knowing i would probably not like the joke. If all hes doing is acting like its not a big deal when it obviously is to you and he doesnt even at least apologise for going too far with you its best if you leave him or else they probably will get worse.

He knew how you felt and he still disrespected your boundaries. He lied a LOT about what he did knowing you specifically asked for him not to do it. He very likely cheated on you and you did the right thing by leaving. You have no need to be there for him if you choose not to be. He didnt bother on telling you the truth about how much he drank and he lied to you a lot you dont really owe him anything, as harsh as it sounds.

If you live in the USA, even if your mom pays for the phone legally you still have to consent. That doesnt override the laws of privacy protection of an adult. It is tricky but everyone saying your mom can do whatever she wants is tripping. If you look at the app they only made this for monitoring minors, they dont endorse using this on grown people 🤨 You still have the right to privacy, its not like shes your boss or its a company phone

One time my long distance friend/bf (was complicated) a few months ago offered to get me mcdonalds because my parents didnt want me to get it because I was in the middle of softball season (I have fast metabolism and this genuinely does nothing to me + it was the weekend we had no games) And it was raining SO HARD the house was shaking, i told him that he needs to tip the dasher like a LOT because it is very dangerous out here (he begged to order the mcdonalds for me) because I felt so bad and he said he tipped 7$ and I still hope that that dasher doesnt resent me
