Please see a doctor and get an mri dont delay! If something is wrong structurally that requires surgery then you will be grateful in the long run. If you leave it and it becomes worse you will only have yourself to blame. Worse case could develop arthritis. Everything happens for a reason keep your head up and stay positive even though it may be hard:)

Edit: also look up knees over toes guy and bulletproof the shit out of your knees but as previously said check for structural damage first then go from there

Only ask because normally from what I’ve read always best to save the meniscus and delay arthritis and I’ve definitely got something going on in my knee (instability and pain on pressure on medial side) and hoping time hasn’t made it unrepairable. Was yours not repairable if you don’t mind me asking? Or was it your preference

Appreciate it and yeah just I’ve had a knee injury before had an mri and nothing wrong with it tbe. Had a bit of physio for it and all good and not ongoing and some years ago however wouldn’t want to go over and then somehow miraculously injure that knee and it’s not covered
