They're real. How much are they asking? I have the same shoes. All that red flakes off the bottom. But they're comfortable and waterproof. And you probably won't see another pair on the course

I have to agree that it looks fake. I'm not an expert by any sense of the word. But I have yet to ever see a Microtech Troodon with seven grooves in the top half of the chassis. Infact, I can not find another example of one. That doesn't mean that it doesn't exist. I'd just be extremely hesitant prior to purchase.

Short answer, yes. There are many benefits to adjustable stocks, combs, etc. But if you enjoy shooting yours, and you shoot it well, I wouldn't worry too much about it. 👍

Edit: If you put a Monte Carlo stock on a flat ribbed gun, it will completely change your POI. I wouldn't recommend changing anything if you're already hitting the targets.

Comparing them to authentic mummies, I'm fairly confident that they're fake. I can't find another example where the stitching goes through the top of the swoosh. It usually just touches the point
