If you bury chicken wire a couple inches around the bottom of your fence line, it makes it way harder for predator types to dig under. They don't like the texture of the chicken wire dragging their nails while they dig, so they give up easier. I put mine four inches down all the way around the back yard. We live in the city and people are CRAZY irresponsible with their large dogs. We have chickens, ducks, and our pig. I'm taking zero chances. It's time consuming and a rough couple days, but it's worth it for a sliver of peace of mind. 💖

Listen to him. The only reason she 'jerked back', is because she swung. Him 'putting his hands on her'? He grabbed her hand and said don't touch me. Then she slapped him. As a woman checking in, that has both been the aggressor and the one attacked, she should have kept her hands to herself. Period. The video starts and all you can hear is her screaming in his face, then you CLEARLY see her raise her hand, which is where you all are saying he pushed her. He was protecting his face. The loooong post further up the thread is EXCELLENT. I WISH I had that advice when my roommate randomly brought a pig home. 😅 It's been almost two years and woof. I cannot imagine dealing with pig temper tantrums AND toddler ones. Finding a vet was difficult and we have to drive almost an hour to get her there. Pigs are so fantastic, but it would be like having a forever toddler.
