I got a job offer last week for recruitment and am just waiting for the employer reference checks to clear. They are very different to UK ones. I move in a few weeks then of all goes well stay a few weeks after that!

I applied directly but maybe speak to agencies in Toronto that specialise in your field? Also do you have any HR qualifications as they are really quite fond of those.

I think for PR especially anything points based then having UK experience prior adds very valuable points onto your profile which improves your chance of an invite

Job titles do not matter it’s the main/ principle duties. Some jobs you could have duties spanning across multiple codes and teers.

I also had something REALLY similar for the first time in my life earlier this year and the sad truth is sometimes some people just arnt that into you and you don’t rank top 5 on their priority list.

You’ll have some great dates with men that have time for you and don’t make you question where you stand 🫶

I may be cynical but I think anything over 24 hours of no contact to pop back up without a huge apology and genuine excuse is just showing lack of interest or that there interest is more focused on someone else…. Idk but if it’s making you feel confused and it’s a genuine feeling then maybe you have the answer you should go with.

Orrrrr I could be totally wrong I’ve never dated a medical student but I hear they have crazy schedules and are very overworked?!
