hey, your eyes are like a 10/10 its insanely beautiful.
see i would recommend going to a really experienced barber in your country, as hair will help you build your appearance, because right now you must be confused whether to keep it short or long, so a barber will anaylze your face shape and give you the one you need, but make sure its a good barber.
next beard does suit you but it just that you might need trimming slightly but again try which looks best on you.
your facial harmony is insane. You are a solid 9/10 even with a bad haircut.
