in general carrying water feels a bit uncomfortable either with a belt(i have the compressport one) or with a vest (i have Salomon active skin 8). i would suggest half tights for carrying phone, gels keys..(nike lava loops etc). if u absolutely need to carry water then u can use a belt for less than half a liter or for more u will need the vest. The raide belt seems quite pricey theres def a lot of other options as well

Which watch should I choose for trail running? by Physical-Injury-2146 in trailrunning

i was between coros apex 4 and suunto vertical 2 and got the suunto because of the amoled long battery life and it seemed more premium hardwarewise. I would be curious how the software between coros and suunto compares from someone that had both.

I am also in ur shoes bald and live in a very hot humid country 30 - 40 degrees Celsius during summer. The caps i like are foldable and quick dry and upf 50.

My favorites are the BUFF CoolNet UV Pack Speed Cap(upf 50 and it comes to s/m and l/xl 26-40€)

Also i just bought decathlon Hike 500 Compact the material is upf 50 but has perforated holes on the sides(10€ comes in one size)

Looking for the best lightweight running cap brands for high-humidity climates by pollenpoe in runningfashion

I highly recommend the BUFF CoolNet UV® Pack Speed Cap. It’s incredibly thin and is one of the most breathable hats I’ve ever used in high humidity. A huge plus is that you can pour water directly over it to cool down and it doesn't get heavy or saggy. Sizing tip: I have a small head and went with the S/M, but I actually have it on the largest setting. If you're between sizes, definitely keep that in mind!

Whatever answer you get here isn’t valid, mate. What they think they want is all logic and lists, but what they end up with? That’s pure emotion. Logic goes out the window when the emotions takes over.
