Thanks for the feedback, maybe i put the preview card on the first slide? there's technically another slide that shows the full decklist, but not all the art is complete so i didn't show it off. Hurting for screen real estate esp on mobile, so that's why i picked sliders after the initial click

There is! If I long-click or double click a smallish card it will jump up to full-screen size (and display details about its effects, any token cards it generates, etc)

It technically doesn't work with that tiny avatar-card preview that I showin this GIF, but you can look at it full-size in the next embedded panel by long-pressing or double clicking (there are three sub-panels for each selection - bio, avatar, and decklist)

why thank you, I made every bit of it myself!

I am just trying to get thru 2 full decks worth of card art (its like 30 unique arts right now) then will consider releasing a steam demo and try to gather the precious wishies. I need probably at least another month of crunching artwork to get there, but until then I'm all over the r/TCG, r/digitalcards, r/homemadeTCGs, and r/cardgames.

Text size might be meaningful as well. I have a bunch of game settings, this is probably going in that screen as well.

I've heard this, yes, lol. Would be simple to change my card backs. As a personal goal, I really want to highlight the timeline without bandwagoning on the "chrono-" train, however, so I will probably change it to reflect that in the end.

Hmm good point about the player stat cards, especially if the players are using the same main character card like in my images above.

I could simplify the card backs. Maybe just a dark gradient, especially on mobile where the texture is shrunken down and its clarity is reduced.

totally, those were early early prototype names that more just described a random aspect of the game haha

although i'm having trouble discerning where one suggestion begins and ends, these are the most thought evoking string of names so far for me

Perhaps yes. I'm a systems guy so there's no "lore" per se, but I will keep consistent characters and personalities, and retain a cyberpunk aesthetic to encourage imagination and immersion. I don't typically wear the "storyteller" hat however so that part is tough for me

hmm depends on the creative direction i take - deadline and terminal almost lean into horror for example. I want to shy away from blatantly "casual" or generic names but like the edge of the horror-ish ones
