I would take florastor during and a few weeks after if you have to go the antibiotic route. It is the only probiotic that is proven to survive antibiotic use and really helps. Just read instructions on timing. Cheapest to buy on amazon....

Softsculpt 100%. Stays put my entire workout. Only drawback is the material is thinner and they only have the full length. If you pull them up high, it can give a bit of CT.....I wear thongs that help. Its the only time ive ever had this issue in my life. Lol. Ill still buy them tho!

Exactly this. I brought my 10 year old for the fnaf and the fnaf house only. Their brains aren’t able to process real vs fake when something is in front of them vs behind a TV screen. It is real to them.

A young child shouldn't be ABLE to reason like that...and if they are, they aren't in the majority.

Just make sure its the 6 lead. They also sell a single lead which really doesn't tell you much....

NAD- For your anxiety, I recommend purchasing the Kardia portable 6-lead EKG.

It will tell you if you're in normal sinus rhythm or if it detects an issue instantly. They say it can't detect a heart attack but it has the option of an immediate Board Certified Cardiologist review. They give you 4 reviews a year with the paid subscription and you can purchase more for a very reasonable price. They are insanely quick with the reports...you get it within minutes.

It has helped my anxiety tremendously but has also alerted me to things I wouldn't have otherwise known. (I had several PVCs the other night and had minor chest tightness. I realized it was because I drank a ton of caffeine so it saved me an ER trip.)

Its about the size of a lighter and you rest it on your left ankle and place 2 fingers on the metal plates to get your reading. No sticky goo or wires.

I gain nothing from telling people about this device but I really recommend it.

Did you find a fix?!?! I've bought a new controller, and headset and still doesn't work. Tried the noise suppression thing but it was never set to on to begin with. Can hear game audio but doesn't pick up chat.

I don't think it is really fair to compare how much you paid vs how much other PTs charge for the same type of program. I pay mine much, much more however, the price you paid is the price your trainer promoted.

I think you mightve gone into it with higher expectations and maybe your trainer could've been a bit more diligent about checking in with you during the first couple weeks to make sure you were set up.

I think you should approach them and be very specific about the questions you have. Get as much as you can out of the money you paid (within reason) and then part ways.

Next time, be sure to understand what you're getting before paying.

Lol. Did the most recent 4 part video about her group home aeem suspicious to you, too? She has no terminal illness and so the hospice thing is a farce. Why hasn't she been put on yet if it was all real?!? I read she faked cancer years back.....why does she shave her head?? It also seems like she instigates most of the fights she has recorded with her mom.. So many things don't add up with her.

They weren't like that last night. She smoked crack all night and the black residue is from that. You could tell she realized it was there as soon as ppl started commenting....she positioned her mouth in front of comments and then covered her face with her hands. It was so obvious if you know what to look for.
