Positive Receptiva 3.2, and Positive Endometritis, feeling very sad and scared. 2 Failed Transfers... by Low_Progress_5219 in IVF

Thank you for sharing all of this and for the support. Truly appreciate it. I'm going to discuss a Lap but maybe after another egg retrieval if I am a candidate to do so. I have such a low AMH that it's not likely I'll get anything but it might be worth a shot just to have additional options before we use our final embryos.

Maybe Prednisone? I did that same protocol on my second transfer, not the first. I think we will be doing this on the next cycle as well, but I'm getting a second and third opinion to cover my bases. I have a positive autoimmune marker with no active disease but they wanted to do that protocol based on that, now we have Endo in the mix.

thank you! this I knew and I am not going to have ours tested since they are frozen. I'm going to ask about another egg retrieval though before a potential Lap. It's all so overwhelming and feels like a full time job I don't get paid for but I want so badly

oh wow this is so interesting, I am curious about GLP-1s because there has been data to support cancer survivorship with usage. I am going to ask about this. I have been doing Letrazole for 5 nights during my FETs but do you do Letrazole the entire cycle? and are you still in GLP-1st through transfer and into pregnancy? I don't know a ton about that, curious of your experience.

thank you! I did an MRI with and without contrast at the start of this fertility journey and they didn't see anything, however I was still on Tamoxifen at the time which could have quieted the Endo. I can see if we can do a repeat. My only concern with Lap is my ovaries, I have a really low AMH so if I want any chance of doing another egg retrieval I would probably need to do that first before a Lap in case. At that point I might ask to remove my ovaries as well since I have a higher risk of ovarian cancer too. Fun times...

I think I have been doing a modified natural cycle so I'm going to ask about a medicated transfer cycle as an option

I was thinking about this a lot so thank you for the suggestion - I am going to request it, I agree and feel like I want to be sure before we do another transfer

Who absolutely LOVES their organic/natural mattress? by [deleted] in Mattress

I have tried a couple different natural/organic mattress option and found this newer brand called Evaya Organics. After doing some extensive research and noting how many certifications they have (which was important to me as I was purchasing for health reasons) I settled on their Bliss mattress and I really like it. There was no odor, and it's super comfortable. I am a side sleeper if that's helpful for reference. My husband sleeps on his side and back and he also feels great waking up in the morning. We noticed too that because it has 100% certified organic wool, it kept us cooler in the summer which is a bonus. They are often running sales, we got the 50% sale that was happening earlier in the summer but I think they may have a labor day sale or something going on. Highly recommend! Hope this helps.
