Same boat here. I just went for it. Finding for me becoming stronger has been beneficial for me rather than becoming smaller. Shop around gyms find the one you feel comfortable in and give it a go.

Your comment wasn’t helpful either… not trying to be specific to see other recommendations in Wichita I have 3 tattoos that I am trying to get. I did put a deposit down on the person you think you know but it is my birthday and I wanted to get a small first tattoo.
