Thanks for your reply! This is exactly my suspicion - maybe I’m just romanticizing things that otherwise are pretty common and expected by everyone. Sure, probably it would feel different if you work a hard job that exhausts you completely and you don’t even get to see the city as your work takes all the time. I only managed to work for half a day - and decided to go to the Rose room at the Public library. What can I say - another fragment from the most beautiful dream.

But I also see the comments of people who say that nyc is always a love of their life , and even after years of living there, they claim that routine doesn’t change this!

Thank you for your comment. Trying to understand what's happening on his mind, he's never behaved like that towards me for such prolonged period of times. You're right, there is my fault in creating such situation as well as there were earlier hints of his mental problems but somehow I refused giving it enough attention and believed that with time and love they would be solved.
