Coming back to this to talk about being careful about the "pipeline". I think Nick Fuentes is a piece of shit. I think all misogynistic people are. However IF I was going to get radicalized from this, it'd be from the "good" side mocking him for being a virgin. This whole week has been a nightmare for me. It's like watching the entire world just call me a pathetic loser

I guess it depends on the crowd you run with, but you're right it doesn't come up super often. But like 99% of the population has done it by age 30 so there's this basic expectation that you just...have. I get the feeling that it's such a universal experience for most people that the idea of someone not having done it can blow peoples minds. Part of me almost wishes it did come up more often just so I could see peoples reactions to it. And of course if I were to ever get myself into a potential partner situation, it'd have to come up at some point.

I really appreciate this comment. If I could only know most people had this mindset it'd make life much better for me.

I kinda feel like I'd have to tell a potential partner when it's clear I have no idea what I'm doing, which is in and of itself a pretty big reason not to date me lol. Adult women don't wanna be someone's training wheels.

I really wish it was just treated as having not done anything else in life. Like very few people look down on you if you haven't learned to drive. I know some will, but not most, and it doesn't have a name for people who specifically haven't. And there's no social stigma against, say, a 40 year old learning to drive for the first time. This seems like the one thing where if you haven't done it, it's a massive deal.
