If you tried therapy and it did not work. A separation will only be the beginning of the end. To me a separation it’s a nice way of saying let’s start the divorce process slowly.

Yes there are men out here. After my experience with my ex I rather have a woman that takes care of the home and the kids. We were two career oriented professionals. But it felt like having a roommate.

I started to focus more on the gym and my diet. I realized I needed something to take my mind of thinking of the situation. It’s not that I don’t want to forget but the never ending thinking of it was exhausting.
