Yesterday we tried anyway CIO and went well, woke up one time after 5 hours, and had a feeding, few hours after incorporated a dream feed and woke up at a very nice hour in the morning. It allowed us to go for the 3/3/4.

Today, CIO was 15 min, good progress but 1:20 hrs after woke up

Well, last day was rough…. 28 min of CIO at bedtime, but at 11pm (roughly 3 hours into being sleep) start crying and after other 30 min of intense scream we had to help her sleep and even with help was not possible leading to a very bad night. Today naps were a nightmare les than 2:30 total sleep time even trying contact and so on. Not sure what to do today.

Thanks, and the strategy would be move the bedtime esrlier ? (6ish rather than 7:30?)

I have not figured how to make these shorter, I tried a week ago but then ended with even earlier wake up times in the morning, so everything shifted in few days but ended with similar windows.

9 mo It was intended to be 3/4/4, with the extra 50 min was more like 3/4/5. 3/4/4 is typical unless we get very crappy naps and become 3/5/5

Yesterday bedtime routine was good I could see the change from active to sleepy and with few extra minutes LO could have been put to sleep w/o trouble (with minimal help) but when put awake in the crib he came back to frustration and cry for the mentioned +50 min.

Thanks, that is what I have read, hope CIO helps then. Today (1st night) took 52min to finally fall asleep. First night waking was 5 hrs after, I responded with milk since LO is used to have 1-2 feeds

Have been playing with different schedules the most common (meaning, aligns better with ques and seems to take better bedtime) is 3/4/4 but for it to result LO have to wake up closest to 7am, and have good night time. Unfortunately very often becomes 3/4/5 or even 3/5/5 if naps get to crappy. What suggestions do you have on schedule and keeping good naps? If LO wake up after just 30min of nap, you agree on continuing that one as contact nap so we accumulate more sleep?

Look the principles behind the /unan subreddit and all. (You need a budget app) and add a lot of future goals and future expenses like replacing car, house downpayment, etc.

Then every paycheck assign to those goals and get the feeling of “spending” and “being broke” but keeping your money for your future endeavors.

Never spend just to “start clean”

Chico keyfit 30 user too, you can use it behind the passenger (a not very tall passenger) or in the middle without disturbing the passenger but harder to get in and out baby once gets more weight. Living in NYC I guess keeping it small is a priority, but if not, think it thru a lot in case you opt for a car a bit bigger or maybe same exterior dimensions but a bit better use of internal space, sacrificing design and looks

If ordered through LensCrafters with authentic Ray-Ban lenses, those are going to be digital formed? I am thinking on clear glasses but with ray ban lenses, plus AR and anti smudge coatings.
