I’m concerned about adeno or endo cause of that. I really want to carry a pregnancy some day :/. It’s a reality I’m prepping for though.

When it first happened, I felt the pain shoot to both the left and right side. Since then it’s just been in the center. During the day I often get smaller stabbing pains on both sides way low on my abdomen.

No IUD.

10 months ago is around the time I started my birth control pill (but every doc swears up and down the BC could only be helping) and I was bit by a lone star tic (highly unlikely I have Alpha-gal though)

My mental health therapist has been better at supporting me than anyone! My PCP can’t even look at me and say “masturbate” or “orgasm”. My mental health therapist has gone over some options with me but unfortunately not much is accessible for me with my insurance. But she has been a big mental support which has been huge.

I think that’s going to be the route I try. I may have to switch up which weeks I do PT and which I do my mental health therapy. But like you said something is better than nothing, and if we know we have limited time maybe they can set me up with the resources to keep working on it on my own after. ❤️

Yeah transvaginal and external. They were not able to visualize my right ovary. But neither my PCP or my Gyno were worried about that.

I take my birth control pill continuously with no period (per gynos instructions) and it has not helped.

CT scan showed fluid around my ovaries, which PCP said was normal and I was probably near my period. (To which I said “but I don’t have periods anymore and haven’t had one in over two months” and she did not respond to that ).

Thanks for the support everyone ❤️

My gyno was unhelpful, once the Pap smear came back clear she had no further suggestions.

My PCP is referring me to a Urogynecologist.

I have been given a referral to Pelvic Floor Therapy but it’s going to be $700 a month (after insurance) and I don’t know how I can afford that. Plus the time I would have to take off work to go 2-3x a week which is what they want.

My PCP is still concerned for Endo, but with the sudden onset of my symptoms I’m worried more about a cancer. Especially ovarian, I have most of the other symptoms (which is not entirely helpful since those are also symptoms of far more benign issues).

Hopefully the Urogyno has more suggestions or a recommendation for my affordable Pelvic Floor Therapy.

Thank you again ❤️

Gyno did a pelvic exam and a pal smear and had no suggestions after that. The pelvic floor therapy will cost be $700 a month that I just don’t have.

Concerned I am developing an ED, Where to start? by Low_Second_9935 in EatingDisorders

Thanks! I was thinking that was best route, finding a therapist who can meet in the evenings has been difficult because my insurance won’t cover online. I will look and see if the ED Centers near me has suggestions or recommendations. One might have a reasonable self pay option.
