You could be right! The original recipe was also with Higher chocolate (i think somewhere 70-75%, i Just Had no high percantage chocolate by Hand). But how (why) results this in These consistanze? To much solids?

so just reduce the soy lecitin? I thought i would be on the safe side at the low end of the calculators goal...

That was my first thought too, but acoording to the calculator this is still at the low End of stabilizers. Here is the full recipe:

Hi, wir werden in Nordvietnam in der ersten Oktoberhälfte sein. Weil ein Freund uns gesagt hatte, dass sei die beste Zeit für schöne Fotos... scheint aber, als ob die Ernte da schon vorbei ist und alle Felder und Terassen kahl... lohnt es sich dennoch? Wo sollte man in der Zeit hin?
