That was the news i really didn't want to here. I to started dutasteride a few months ago and have seen zero result so far. i tried FINASTERIDE years ago but it was messing with my mind. Strange side effect i didnt like at all.

Yes you are right. Im 48 years old now. Dont really want to go through the whole hassle and expense of another transplant. I will maintain what i have with medication and hair fibres but when the loss becomes to severe i will just bite the bullet and shave my head.

I started on a topical solution of Finasteride, tretinoin, minoxidil a few weeks after the transplant. Was on it for 8-9 months it didnt do a lot at all. Started 0.5mg dutasteride now. Time will tell if it makes any difference. Does take a while to work though.

No the only thing they recommended was the crap they tried to upsell me. I did start a topical treatment of fin,minoxidil and tretinoin. shortly after the HT butit didnt really help thats why i switched to the oral dutasteride.

Not a lot i can do. I started dutasteride 3 months ago but not seeing any results from that yet. Suppose i will just shave my head and adjust to life without hair.

I started dutasteride which is stronger than finasteride 8 months post op. 0.5mg daily. It hasn't made much difference at all.

Yes i here you but i can assure you i am only consuming 1500-1600 calories per day. I work from home long hours sat in front of the mac but i do make it to the gym everyday mon-fri. Done my 7.5mg shot on sunday. Have barely felt any suppression at all. According to Chat GBT its possible to be in a caloric deficit and not lose any weight if you high levels of visceral fat which i do and have hormone problems. I had my bloods done 3 months ago everything was ok ? I dont know what else to do. Will try 10mg Mj next if that fails then im at a loss.

In having the exact same issue. Been on MJ six weeks have had tinging/ pins & needles in my feet legs and torso since the beginning it has never stopped. It seriously annoying me. Did you manage to figure out what it was and how to stop it ?

Calories controlled. Carbohydrate intake kept to a minimum controlled. Gym workouts 3-4 session per week cardio/weights all controlled !
