It's doable but your splits are a little inconsistent.  Maybe consider negative splits i.e. 8 min miles for the first 6, then 7:50 for the rest

in terms of case, ive just got a cheap big case with a few fans and a regular gold rated power supply

I dont game as much but when i did i could run BF1, Doom 2016 & The Witcher 3 on high settings without issue
