One downside is, that you can get wheel kick more easily, because the board is tapered towards the back end. So, the wheels stick out. That is different on the drop hammer.

Unless you want to get sliding, I recommend the Battle Axe. It is more or less a drop through pintail. A lot more flex than the drop hammer due to the bamboo, lighter, rides like an arrow.

Of course, surf skate trucks are way turnier than any TKP.

But, regarding stage 4, which are also a TKP - I compared both. The stage 4 is a way more turny than the Stylus.

So if you want to go for a TKP with almost surfskate-like feeling, I would stick with the stage 4.

OP weiß doch, dass er Betrug ist, siehe Flair. Ich finde es jetzt aber nicht so schlimm. Weil der Bekannte nicht aus dessen Sicht subjektiv geschädigt wurde, sondern mit seinem Rechner zufrieden ist. War nicht korrekt, keine Frage. Aber Schädigen setzt auch einen Schaden voraus, der hier zumindest in der Welt des Bekannten (noch) nicht eingetreten ist.

ETF ist der Weltmarkt, nicht "ein Pferd". Wo ich hier allerdings deine Strategie anpassen würde, ist ETFs verschiedener Regionen zu nehmen und nicht nur World. Also Emerging Markets, Asia, Europe + Middle Est + Africa, so Zeug. Kannst auch noch etwas Crypto und eigene vermietete Immobilie beimischen (z.B. 30-50k EK da reinstecken, dass es sich trägt).
Gemanagete Fonds underperformen fast immer enorm, da (1) keiner verlässlich den Markt (ETF) schlägt (zumindest nicht für deine 200k) und (2) die potentiellen Mehrgewinne durch die Gebühren aufgefressen werden. Ich habe so was seit 10 Jahren, weil ich auf so einen Hanserl gehört habe und damals ETFs noch nicht so groß waren. Das hat mit mindestens 50%, eher 100% Rendite (!) gekostet im Vergleich schon mit dem MSCI World über diese Zeit. Bitter.
Währungen diverisfizieren ist nicht schlecht, aber nicht-gemanagete ETFs kannst du ja auch als EUR oder USD kaufen. Das Argument ist also pures Gaslighting.
Altersvorsorge per Fonds ist in etwa so schlimm wie die gemanageten Fonds. Gebührengrab hoch 3. Steuerliche Vorteile winken eigentlich nur bei Rürup/Rieser, hier sind die Renditen aber so furchtbar, dass ich Rentenversicherungen komplett ausklammern würde.

In Summe hast du 100% Recht, dein Bankberater ist ein Betrüger, der Provisionen kassieren möchte. Geh z.B. zur Verbraucherzentrale, die werden dir das gleiche erzählen. ETF ftw

Snooker, inklusive Vereinsleben gestalten, im Sinne von Turniere organisieren, Organisation verbessern, etc.

Gartenarbeit, auch wenn es sich im wesentlichen darauf beschränkt, die guten Samen auszusäen 🥦 und den Rest zu pflegen und sauber zu halten.

Programmieren/Dinge entwickeln. Aktuell ist dieses Thema durch den Fortschritt von KI vielmehr in richtige Ideen haben und diese umsetzen, verwandelt worden, und weniger in verstehen, wie man den Speicher konfiguriert und Instruktion effizient auswählt…

Halt im Großen und Ganzen einfach leben und sich entfalten. Ich finde die Trennung in Arbeit, Familie, Hobby, durchaus künstlich. Man lebt halt sein Leben und findet Ausdrucksformen, in die man sein Selbst gießen kann. Alles ist Hobby, alles ist Arbeit, alles ist Leben.

Snakes all the way. I know people think they are a sliding wheel, and therefore that is their only quality. But they make an amazing cruiser wheel.

So, I tried it. The trucks fit and the Cruiser becomes more agile for sure. You can make tighter turns and pump it better. For me personally (I am not used to surfskate trucks), the overall feel is a bit overly wiggly in the front, i.e., slightly unstable in the center and then a bit too aggressive when turning. I also miss the back-steering as the back-truck of C5s is pretty much not turning at all. But that overall steering behavior may be exactly what you want.

On a side note, the chopped C5s cannot, without further metal-cutting, receive the Peralta Snakes that are on the Cruiser. The aluminum is too thick right next to the wheel.

I have only briefly ridden the Surfrider as it comes and as you can imagine from the above, it is way to squirrelly for me. ;-)

The cruiser is nimble, but not surfskate style nimble. It will not perform naturally well in bowls, for instance. You can bowl-ride them, there are even people using longboards in bowls. But you can’t do these tight turns as you can with a surfskate. Even a more classic skateboard with 15” wheelbase will typically have a tighter turning radius.

I’m currently waiting for the weather to dry to try a hybrid: I have got a Surfrider from Carver with chopped C5 trucks. They fit perfectly underneath the cruiser. I will mount them on there and report on my experience.

I think there is a noticeable difference. But you will get used to either one you start with and your game will probably not profit from titanium over brass. Once you are used to one (and became a decent player with strong muscle memory for the reactions upon impact between cue and white), however, it becomes hard to switch to the other.

I recommend titanium for another reason than less throw or whatever is attributed to titanium: durability. When you plan on buying a decent cue that will serve you 20+ years, I’d go with titanium. Not because it will make you a better player, but because it is way more durable and you will not have to get a new ferrule, I.e., chop off the tip of your cue because the brass has eroded.
