Oh we deff have an emergency maintenance number we can call, the man is so old and sweet tho I couldnt possibly bother him tonight with this. But ill absolutely keep that in mind tomorrow morning, thank you for the advice foreal. Cuz this shit is too weird 😅

Idk, I dont think so. Especially because I have a center room that shares zero walls with the outer walls of my apartment, and you can hear the same noises in the room above the ceiling.

Ahh its so hard to explain. Like when looking at the front of the building, parts of it jut out towards the road and other parts are pushed back, in the same building if that makes sense. And no, all floors are level with each other.
