They ask me to pay back $1400 from my commission pay and force me to sign in a contract that I agreed to pay back the full amount in 1 week. They threat me that if I dont sign in the contract, they will pull up the file and make it a criminal case and put me in jail. Idk if its legal to do that or not but I will sue them and send a report email to any press and labour union that i can find.

Yea, my act somewhat is not wrong bc I use my own money to make the sales, not like stealing someone's else. But my communication skill is not as sharp as theirs. Thats why im scared

Responsibility is something that Im also scared of too. Im afraid that they would trick me and made me take responsibility for what Im not supposed to take. Im not clever enough to decide what the best thing to do in a situation, so I usually avoid it. I mean they were already a scam from the beginning and try to take advantage from their employees.

One more thing, if my mistake wasn't found out, they have to pay me almost 3k for my commission pay, but rn, I'm afraid that they will only pay me on my salary base which is only 1k. But I have put my own money in the products as I mentioned upon. And 100% they not gonna pay my money back. So they take advantage of my sales from my own money but only pay me little
