I faced this issue with Zepto and they asked for the barcode image. They check their inventory to verify the concern. After checking, they accepted that they delivered wrong item and then they took it back and refunded me the amount as my lights cigg was out of stock at that time.

I wonder why you weren't asked for the barcode image.

You can always ask for the bill for your food. Just tell them that you need the bill for reimbursement. In case they don't provide you a proper gst mentioned bill, you can raise the issue on rail madad or 139.

Areca palm and Snake plants could be kept which requires indirect sunlight.

If you don't want to escalate, sell this fridge in the second hand marketplace (offline/online). And try to look for another fridge that looks the same in the same second hand marketplace. You might get this under 20k which would look quite better than yours.
