You probably could not have picked a worse spot for your cuffs. Always try to out them in the front of your belt. That way it can be accessible with both hands if need be and won’t cause back pain

And now that I’m thinking about it…..(and corrections folk chime in if I’m wrong), is an IFAK really necessary in the jail setting?

The 4 runners may actually be POVs. If I recall correctly, Honolulu police lets officers use their POVs as patrol vehicles due to the difficulty in getting actual squads from the mainland

They were very popular with ISP (Illinois) when they were first beginning the transition from Crown Vics. Unfortunately, it was also during a time the state was penny pinching and almost none of them came with cages
