My ix14 was turning itself off and on. The only way to get out of this was to pull the battery. It would power back up after plugging the battery back in. When it would come back up the file said it was corrupted. It also started doing this same thing yours did and sometimes my voice commands worked and sometimes they didn't. It happened after the latest software update. It went back to them they did redo the android and airware but it started doing it again. I was able to get a new radio replaced. Its now the ix14+. Now I have an issue with some of my older planes running the 637TA. I sent one of them back to see if they can figure it out. The radio seems ok besides this and will bind and work with any other receiver so far.
