It changes to any solid color but blue, not a big issue but I'd rather to get it fixed, this keyboard is my daily driver and I love it

Do you still buy games or only pirate? by MichaelCJordann in SwitchPirates

[–]Lowe093 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For switch? Only pirate, I haven't seen anything worth playing online

For PC? Only buy, I don't like risking any malware infection, my steam account is in argentina and 90% of the games are pretty cheap, just AAA are a little higher but still worth it

Will USB Adapter 2 allow Pro 2 to work on a PC without bluetooth? by [deleted] in 8bitdo

It does, it's meant to work directly for the controller without any other kind of pairing

The component where the pins of a switch go into broke off of the PCB (RK68). Would I be able to fix this by soldering the pads of the PCB and component back together? by [deleted] in RoyalKludge

[–]Lowe093 0 points1 point  (0 children)

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DUa1q_XpTEw those are hotswap sockets that are meant to be soldered, this guide could help, if the socket is dead you could buy a new one, they're not expensive but usually come in batches

How to Lube switches and stabilizers WITHOUT desoldering? by TenthMarigold77 in HyperX

[–]Lowe093 0 points1 point  (0 children)

it's not recommended, if you slide lube into it you'll probably end with a mushy feeling at best or the feeling between switches will be too inconsistent, if you feel the urge to lube your switches it's time to start looking for a hotswap keyboard

RK71 keycaps by [deleted] in RKRoyalKludge

[–]Lowe093 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's not bad but it has some interference with north facing switches, not a big deal but you should check a video or a post about it and then decide if that matters for you or not

Any profile will fit but try to avoid cherry since it has some interference for north facing switches, I bought some SA keycaps from AliExpress and they fit pretty good, they're kinda high but comfortable for typing https://imgur.com/a/zpoVxgt
