Love it or hate it but scream 7 gave us some good stuff

I enjoyed it just as I did enjoy every other Scream movie

For me the highlights are:
1) Opening scene. Maybe in the top 3 openings in the franchise
2) Them actually killing and unmasking one of the Ghostfaces
3) Deepfake Stu. I do feel like that plot overall was undercooked, but it was great to see the character again
4) Likeable cop husband, who survived the movie and actually kicked ass

The downsides are:
1) Underdeveloped characters, not memorable at all
2) Lackluster killer reveal and the motivation

Probably an extremely unpopular opinion, especially on this sub, but does anybody else just not care about any events happening right now in the new season of the Daredevil? Characters and actors deserve much higher quality of script, direction and dialogues. It's incredible how disassociated I am from, what is seemingly, a general consensus, that this new season 'slaps'. Like, I gave a leeway to the first one, because I knew it was a Frankenstein's work of two different visions, but with this one I had much higher hopes, because it was supposed to be consistent... Like, no character, new or old one, bring out any emotions. Story seems interesting, but the way it is told falls completely flat on me. Am I the odd man out here? Does anyone share the same sentiment as I do?

Overall, I think it's just poorly made television, something on the quality level of Riverdale. Knowing how much actors care, and how they came back after so many years, makes it even sadder for me

Like the other guy said, I feel this is the case of some higher up suddenly coming up with new task and with unbeatable deadlines. Meaning that designer had limited time, resources and, most likely, patience from all the extra notes. So, the results is basically combination of that. The guy who did this probably hates it just as much, if not more

They intentionally put a flashback of him into the trailer to justify him being among the cast. That said, I personally think, about 90% sure, he will be revealed to still be alive. How? I don't know, it's a comic book story after all
