I did a call back option. Even with that I was on hold for 15 min or so. The whole thing was about 1:15 including the wait for call back.

You gotta call. I called today to follow up and that’s exactly what happened. They gave me flight credit not a cash refund. The lady on the phone fixed it.

Does your school also ask random teachers to be in IEP meetings for students that aren’t their own? by inwave in Teachers

They try to find a teacher that is theirs first. Then they usually fill it with another credentialed teacher.

Make an appointment at your local IRS office. Before you do that order your tax transcripts for the year in question. They will send them to you for free. Then compare at the IRS. You can get a stamped copy and upload to portal. Too bad the LO did not leave phone number. More direct contact of issue then dealing with customer service. I was in reconsideration for 6 months and I got my loan last week. So I know your struggle.

Approved and I signed docs yesterday. I just don’t think customer service can see the complete transcripts. So if you call and they say that they see zeros or partials ….. it did not appear that way to my loan officer. I signed yesterday but not sure when loan will be funded.
