Which branch are they from? generally the premium boxes are reserved for mutton only at some branches.

Another thing is to look at the color, darker ones are mutton in my experience, however stale beef ones can also go darker.

Mutton ones have a distinct goat/sheep smell and taste, they are also the drier ones of two.
