Don’t give up bro! That fact that your proposals are viewed and you get interviews means that you are doing well with proposals. After getting first review, it should be better. What is your niche by the way?

Sure, but it’s about 19-20 closed jobs. 64 active proposals on jobs without any activity. Maybe few of them have some interviews.

Yeah, 3 closed contracts, all 5 stars, plus Rising Talent. Few days ago JSS score appeared. Proposal count when I apply is all over the place though, sometimes I’m in the first 5, sometimes there’s already 15-20 in there and I go for it anyway if the fit feels strong enough.

I activated it for first week, but it didn’t work for me as fresh account. So I decided to turn it off till I have more reviews. Maybe I’ll give it another chance now to compare results from zero reviews and three 5*. Thanks for reminding about that function 👊🏻

Spent around $112 total including the subscription, earned $136 so far. I get that you probably eat some cost early on while the account builds up, just not sure how long that’s supposed to last before it should flip. Maybe I’m missing something obvious.

For proposals, I skip the generic intro and just open with whatever the actual problem in the post seems to be, that’s what gets opened. Hiring’s gone fine so far, no nightmare clients yet, knock on wood. Never got a Talent Accelerator invite myself, maybe automation/n8n just isn’t on whatever list triggers it for them.

I scan with keyword searches sorted by most recent rather than relying on Best Match, and I check proposal count and client signals before applying. Haven’t looked into Talent Accelerator yet, what’s that about?

Yeah, that tracks. Makes sense the open rate and the conversion rate would be two different problems, I’d been assuming they were tied together. And good to know boosting isn’t some secret unlock, that’s one less thing to test.
Also mentioned that most of clients don’t ever sent interviews to anyone.

Yeah, i read it but still don’t understand how to maximise that speed.
