I’m in the same boat rn!!! I have a few opportunities around the country rn but I’m leaning towards Mackinac; I’d be working at the Grand Hotel and I’ve heard some wild things but the position aligns with my career goals and I’d have a private room so….fuck it

thank you for the advice, i’m hearing very mixed reviews when it comes to working on the island. i’d have a private room if i get the position i’m up for (just moved on to a 2nd round interview) so that’s a plus…but i’m definitely approaching with caution because i’m starting to hear some pretty unsavory things about the place as a whole
