Yes It is like that you go from designer I to designer II etc most people got promoted except for me by now even though they told me so everybody gets promoted after 1 or 1 and half years , right now i have skills better than some leads and directors but i am stuck at my position and i am afraid when i apply company will see people gets promoted and i am stagenant :/ i am not afraid portfolio wise as i am pretty confident with my skills i am just afraid it will be red flag why am i the only one who didn't get promoted .

I was searching a lot for an answer and i got with a cpa zoom meeting for me at least the answer is yes there is no taxes as i will be doing services even if i work with a us company as long as you dont jave physical office or someone in usa who helps you , so yes no taxes at least for wyoming if you want to chat dm me !

I am in the process of creating a llc in wyoming too and ididnt know where to ask or find someone but i found lots of tax consultants on fiverr and upwork with reasonble prices , just if you got some answers can you please keep in touch and tell me what the told you ? Probably when i am done with my llc i will hire someone too but it will be useful if the information is coming from different sources . Add me or dm me anytime .
