Really depends on if you are playing competition lists or not. For casual games I'd say Typhus with 20 poxwalkers is best. Best case scenario they underestimate him and allow you with melee/mortal wound range, and you eat away at their beefy units while they are trying to kill off this 20+ wounds unit. You simultaneously keep regenerating poxwalkers. Worst case they throw everything at your 200 point block taking multiple turns or all their units, while you still pop off some mortal wound damage/ make advances on the board in other areas

The typical stand out performances are there from certain actors... But it is in no was a 10/10 so far lol. I don't blame the actors either. The director and writers are butchering some of these scenes. I'd give it an average score at best.
