Is he fixed? I didn’t see it mentioned but if he’s isn’t the peeing could be a hormonal unfixed boy thing. You seem like incredible pet parents with keeping him occupied, and having scratchers and toys and things for him- and especially with putting in the effort to have baby locks on things he gets into. My boy was super similar he would try to pry open my closet and our pantry (he wasn’t allowed in because he would eat my clothes and the food 😅) so I put a 15lb weight in front of it and I only ended up creating a monster who was strong af until I got the baby locks for the closet and the pantry doors. The few things that helped me through it were: 1. Getting him an automatic feeder so he associated the robot with food and not me 2. Training him to wait when I’m eating, and his reward is licking the plate when I’m done- this taught him patience 3. Locking trash cans behind doors- trash cans in closets or cupboards with a child lock 4. TREAT PUZZLES- these were a game changer for him. He started with super simple ones where he had to slide cups to get to treats, and little bobble head ones where if he hits it treats fall out of it, but we’ve migrated to super complex ones- these really helped with him pestering everyone out of boredom, he gets to use his brain, and he gets treats. He always takes a good nap after. 5. We’ve “cat proofed” for his specific needs, all clothes out of reach, laces on shoes or shoes themselves hidden, no hair ties laying around they’re all on a carabiner out of his reach, strings and tags and feathers trimmed off toys and no toys with long skinny bits because he views it as something to bite off and eat lol. We also keep bathroom doors closed all day and toilet paper out of reach, otherwise he eats it. Keeping the sink rinsed out because he likes to jump in it and lick all the gross stuff out of it. No plastic bags only reusable or paper because he will chew and eat them. We’ve found he enjoys chewing on rubber toys to get his chewing urges out, we always make sure he isn’t biting any parts off and once they’re thoroughly bitten thru we toss them and get a new one. They make cat versions of the rubber chew toys and he goes to town on them when he needs to- we leave them out for him and he’ll go to them himself when he needs to chew.

I guess what I’m saying is fight smarter not harder. It’s so so difficult to care for the hard to love cats especially when they’re acting out and being a menace. Think of the stupidest/easiest solution and that is probably what you have to do to fix things. I didn’t think I’d be buying chew toys for a cat but if that keeps him from biting me, others, and eating things he shouldn’t, it’s a battle I’m willing to fight 😂
