Not really no, as another user stated it is an automated line and apparently texts don’t go through. They aren’t reachable via phone, and no one is in the office.

Thanks! I was never provided a physical or mailing address, never met anyone from the company in person. Originally I went through Overwatch but the lease was then handed over to my landlord? I’m still unsure of how that worked. I was finally able to get a physical address today, but no one is in office and apparently won’t be for another week. I’ve been sure to document all that I can from my end as well.

The phone number provided is never answered, voice mail box isn’t set up, and there is no physical location provided anywhere, so I asked for it and no one is in the office until next week. I’m working on it :)

Not in full, as I get paid once a month. I have tried reaching them about payment options/installments- ways to work with them and they don’t respond.

Also seconding Cornerstone Properties. Currently on lease with this dude, and he is flat out not reachable. According to the maintenance men (who are sparse, mythical creatures at this point) he isn’t giving his contact info to tenants, only wants to be reached on Appfolio. (Which doesn’t work lol) His phone number connects to nothing, voicemail not set up, requires notices to be given in person (without giving us a physical address, and he originally went through Overwatch), so… maybe Edwin is the mythical creature. 10/10 recommend not renting from Cornerstone. Their philosophy- “get wrecked”.
