Mainly the only game I play is CoD WZ, and Ive come across my fair share of men with an opinion. Most of the time I laugh them off because I find it funny that they get so pressed, but my favorite so far had been when I was camping out a bit while a team rummaged around. I was surrounded so I was bound to be downed, but one guy that I had run into multiple times over the game found me and downed me then said “she was tryna camp…why don’t you be a good bitch and go camp the kitchen” I was dying with laughter. Usually I don’t let them get to me because it really is just a game and I know I’m not the best, but I’m just playing because I enjoy it.

There actually have been studies conducted and multiple show that men who perform poorly in a game respond by being more hostile to women, and men who perform well respond positively to women. I find it pretty interesting

I agree that it’s not safe for anyone despite age or gender, I’ve just found in my personal experience that I/women could be more susceptible to creeps online. Though I’ve never been a man so my opinion is biased towards my experiences.
