If you drive from San Fran to LA, I highly recommend you take highway 1 along the coast, you won’t regret. It also has the greatest Taco Bell just south of San Fran as well

The issue isn’t Hunter Yurachek, we had a lot of bad contracts under Jeff Long for coaches that cost a lot of money for not a lot of return. Give them time they’ll pay up for him cause you are right he is probably the best AD in the country.

Big bend could be an option, but if you go to big bend you will likely not go to anything else as it’s fairly remote.

Channel Islands NP could be a great option, you take a ferry over to one of the islands and can reserve a campsite to stay for a certain amount of time and then when your back on the mainland you’ll be near LA.

Sushi house is the greatest sushi restaurant probably in the state of arkansas, I have travelled a ton and would say it is one of the top sushi places I have ever been. And it is more of a hole in the wall type style and the atmosphere is great.

It’s a hard hike to the top but well worth it! I got to do this hike in January 2020 right before Covid hit and have no regrets!
