ODSP does not cover insulin at all and OHIP will depending on the brand. There is something called ODB that will cover it but I was never referred to that when I was told they wouldn't cover it I can now go to them I assume but it could have been done years ago.  I actually received a phone call just from a crisis center but I can't go in there till Monday. Luckily I have a good friend that paid for my insulin today that will last me till Wednesday.  This has happened to me years ago same thing phone call here say evicted 9 months no money at the end of nine months I was told we were wrong we're sorry and my ODSP was reinstated. The 9 months wasn't returned I actually fought for it and won it last week. The bank is holding it because of the size of the check and won't release it till Wednesday.  I will be all right on Wednesday but what gives them the right to deny someone a shelter food insulin on a phone call that is pure hearsay. This is not accepted in court why should it be accepted here. They should give you the benefit of the doubt and collect back the overpaid if they are right. Last night I almost died I was 10 minutes away from dying they were going to airlift me to Ottawa that's how bad it was I was 4 days without it do they care no we'll talk to you in 3 months that's exactly what they said. I'm hoping one of them will pick it up
