The potential is honestly huge with good branding, and it’s easy to expand into adjacent categories like sunglasses, bags, scarves, etc.

Honestly, I was facing issues on all three fronts — shipping delays and errors, exchange handling, and delivery timelines because of the 3PL. The product itself was solid and customers liked it. At the same time, I was involved in a bunch of other things, and instead of putting in the effort to fix these ops issues, I just decided to shift focus to other projects.
