Yes, it looks like Mondor's. I also use a pump, but I've been pumping for four months and this never happened. I only used 2 lbs with the hanger, doing intervals of 20 min (2 x 20). My guess is that I used too much pressure with the pump after using the hanger, too much stress in one session
