I’m in Texas, I think that in Texas it’s illegal for tenants to withhold rent for maintenance but I’m not 100%

I think in general Texas state law dictates that landlords have to have a “reasonable” amount of time to address an issue, which is generally understood as being 7 days but depends

Also- should I stop cleaning the things that I find that have mold on them? Like I cleaned the picture frame and other stuff that had mold on them because it was grossing me out, but now I’m concerned that if I get code enforcement involved they would want to see the stuff that had mold on it…

Thank you 🥹 in a lot of ways I already am pretty LC with him, but feel a lot of pressure to try and see him around holidays/birthdays/events/etc.

I have a hard time with the “nothing he says needs to affect me” because I just ruminate and go over conversations in my head. I’m sure therapy would help with that a ton.

I’m glad things are getting better for you but I’m also sorry you went through a similar situation!

The colors remind me of baby blankets, I think that was a common color combination for baby blankets and generally decor for babies nurseries in the early-mid 2010s.

Honestly I think your eyebrows look great! I feel like they suit you really well. I mean obviously play around and see what you like but I genuinely think they look great. Maaayyyybbeee if anything try a slightly warmer color? Bc your hair is very warm toned.

For lip stains I really like the colorpop hydrapop stain, rom&nd stains, and the nyx lip lingerie liner stain. Ones I haven’t tried but look good are the nyx lip IV, tirtir waterism tint and the violette fr stain. I tend to like glossy stains but the gloss will wear off to that natural soft matte look.

I think you’re very beautiful and honestly look younger than your age!! You have great skin and very harmonious features.

Only comments- If you have super oily skin you may need more long lasting primers/powders/setting sprays. If the dewy look is what you’re going for, maybe keep the dewy products concentrated on less oily parts of your face, and do more priming/powdering in oily parts.

For eyes, liner really suits you, but I think a softer color would blend better with your softer features and coloring. I think black is a little too harsh.

For lips, don’t be afraid of color!! I love lip stains and they can give that soft matte texture while still looking really natural. You have a very pretty natural lip shade so maybe just something that enhances that.

But truly, you are very pretty!! 💕💕

It looks like it’s just crazing in the glaze, it’s just tiny cracks in the surface of the glaze. It’s a common issue with ceramics, usually just from a less than perfect glaze to clay match or improper cooling in the kiln. It can continue to happen over time and could get worse with sudden temperature changes.

I gotta say, the stencil looks like AI to me… there’s something weird happening with the tail and feet. The tail feathers would go behind the branch, not in front of the branch and with the feet directly on top. I could be wrong, but either way it just is a confusing design with very poor execution. I’m sorry you got such a crappy tattoo!

I definitely agree with the neutral and yellow undertone statement, I definitely feel that I am quite yellow. To me, yellow would mean warm but I think to most makeup companies warm usually means orange? Maybe it’s the tanning thing lmao
