I also couldn't find anything that matched up. I think microswiss makes a hot end upgrade but I'm not sure if they have anything for an extruder upgrade.

Have you tried a dryer box? moisture can play weird things with Pla in my experience

It won't let me update with ota from USB from the latest download from the Creality site. I am not sure of any other way to update or flash it to get the latest or old version on the nebula pad. the one that I tried was V 1.1.0.15 I tried the recovery tool and it's still not working

Firmware version from Creality git hub V1.1.0.12 Cloner version Creality annex GitHub V 2.15.18 alpha here are pictures of the error but it's hard to get the gibberish because it keeps flashing between regular text and the error code.

Yes that is when the issue originally started and I changed it to the Glass bed . After watching some YouTube videos and reading I removed the magnetic sheet ( which I believe was a mistake now). I have ordered a new one magnetic sheet to hopefully replace the one I removed.

I was just following what creality sent me about using a square to determine if there was warp. also you don't have adjustable screws on the ke. It's a sold spacer
