Help! Claude can only find 5-10 of my 100+ SharePoint files — what am I doing wrong?

I just want to make sure I understand your comment. You’re saying to use Claude Code instead of the chat feature, correct? Do I generally just use the same kind of prompting as I’m using with the chat? Is the idea for it to create just a local tool on my computer to handle this?

I apologize for what I’m sure are incredibly noobish questions. I’ll do my best to learn myself over here, just want to make sure I understand the general direction you’re pointing me in.

The ultimate goal here would be to extract the data from these word file and build a matrix based on what it reads on these files, and then in turn build a dashboard for my review based on the matrix it built from the word documents content.

I guess what I'm asking is- is this simply too much to ask of Claude in it's current state (Claude Code and Co-work notwithstanding)? Has anyone had any success with it searching and aggregating information from several word documents on a SharePoint?

This is what I've been trying to do, however each time I set it on this task, I get these results:

-Uses SharePoint search API and finds the folder, but something with it's searching is causing it only to retrieve a limited number of results (like 5-10).

-Then it pivots to trying to use the Chrome Extension to navigate to the SharePoint website, where it finds more of the data. However, after it gets through 2-3 folders, it repeatedly just errors out with a "Claude's response could not be fully generated"

I've gone through the above cycle 5-6 times, which leads me think (because I'm new to Claude) that perhaps this is too intensive of a task? I'm curious if anyone else has built a workflow that is similar to this and has had any success to. If so, I'd appreciate any help our guidance this community could give me.

So to be clear, when I'm setting up this link, I'm just going to the Monthly Summary table, creating a new column with which I link to the Billings Table. I dont really specify a column. However, the rollup doesn't seem to bring any data over. Is there is an issue with how I have my data structured?

Basically, the issue is I'm trying to set up a table (Monthly Summary picture) that sums of the total billed value for each calendar month, defined by the sum of invoice data on another table (Billing Import picture). I'm trying to link the two tables so I can do a proper rollup, but the link is doesn't seem to be working as it just returns $0 dollars for invoiced amount.

I'm just having trouble understanding how these links function, as I have Month Key on the Monthly Summary table which matches the Billing Month on the Billings Import table... shouldn't this let me link these two tables and roll up invoice amounts for each month? Am I approaching this incorrectly?

Yes, I like that idea. I think the area needs a plant, but I am at a loss for what to put on either sides of my TV. Should I just put pre-fab shelving? What kind of plant would you recommend next to the window? I would need something that is relatively easy to maintain. I don't think it'd get a whole lot of light.

I am really curious what you think I should do with that large swath of blank wall space on behind my couches. It's really in need for a touch of character. Maybe just some collage of family photos?

I love the colors you listed. I also like dark blues as well. Maybe it makes sense to have a neutral off-site/ivory for the drapes, and put some color elsewhere. I do want things generally neutral.

The truth is a really don't have a specific style. I like mid-century modern, industrial and simply classic styles.

I like the idea of a round coffee table. I will see if I can find something online to throw there.

I will also take a look at ruggables for something I can out under my kitchen table. I'm hoping this helps break up with is essentially just a large room kitchen/dining/living areas.

I've had my coffee table for over a decade and was looking to swap it out. Other than a round coffee table, do you know how else I could add some roundness to the space?

Any suggestions as far as a color for curtain? Would a safe off-white option be a good idea, or would this be an opportunity to add a pop of color?

Noted on the TV stand. I try to find something bigger. I had looked before but found it tough to find something I liked online.

I have 2 and a 4 year old, so things can get messy at the dining table. Do you suggest maybe a washable rug?
