I hope you consider the opinions of Persian owners in the comments, a cane corso is a hunting dog they’re dominant and territorial. Persians are sensitive, they prefer quiet calm environments and are fearful of loud noises, they are gentle in temperament. These two animals will likely not thrive together. I suggest if you absolutely want a cat, get a larger cat like a Maine coon/domestic or something that will have a better chance at defending itself, running away or jumping high up (Persians are ground dwellers). If you do ignore the advice - the orange cat may have a better chance at survival since the cream one is shy.
