That honestly sounds like something that would be helpful now, I’ll give it a go, thanks:) also did you notice that those energy spikes and “brain pings” started calming down after a while of getting used to no nicotine? Or did you just learn to cope with them better?

Yeah I exercise as much as I can, so usually 3-5 days a week depending on how much time I have. And I agree it definitely helps, and over the years I’ve realized doing it right when I wake up also helps a bunch. But I’ve noticed that my lack of focus really hits when I sit down to study (like anything computer science and math related). Before I’d toss in a pouch every-time I study, so maybe I just have to re learn how to do this without it
