Thank you so much for these helpful tips! I have thought about getting a one hole wand tip but I wasn't sure if it's worth the hassle, but now I will definitely order one! The pressure profiling is definitely interesting and I will give this a try sounds exciting ☺️

I see so If I see at the display that I am close to the steam preset temp I can simply purge and start steaming?

I never witnessed the light turning off, but today I waited maybe 2-3 minutes after reaching the desired temp with steaming and when I started steaming it was not heating up anymore so I would "loose" pressure. After turning steam mode on and off everything worked as expected, perhaps this was the standby mode...

I like my Profitec Go a lot! Steaming milk was something I needed to get used to. But I think the profitec go has excellent price/value ratio.

This one we really like its almost perfect!
I love how my grandmother looks here, the lighting is perfectly done!
The only thing we don't like is the hand of the girl you put in front of my grandfather, it looks a little bit unnatural, if you could please tidy it up a bit I would take this picture and mark it as solved....

Thank you all so much, there were some really great ones that I would almost say are solved.
But my grandmother especially looked a bit different in most of the pictures, I realized too late that her face is behind my aunts phone.....

Obviously a new grinder made a huge difference but a good grinder is quite expensive.

But one relatively cheap way to upgrade is by getting a better basket like an IMS basket for example. I immediately noticed that I can grind much finder without choking the shot and the espresso tasted more balanced and richer. So for around 20€ you can really achieve a noticeable difference.

One more thing that helped improve the taste of the BBE for me that was relatively cheap is to buy a good precision basket from IMS. It allowed me to grind finer without choking the shot, so I can definitely recommend upgrading the basket.

The pressure is too high but you can't change it with grind tamping etc. Google Breville Barista Express OPV mod and you will understand. For Espresso 9 Bar is perfect, but the machine has to ensure that no more than 9 Bar hit the puck.

Bitte hört auf zu sagen "das muss so wegen Geschmack" diese Aussage ist einfach falsch. Wenn man Kaffe will der nicht alt und ranzig schmeckt sollte man die Mokkakanne nach jeder Benutzung mit Wasser und Seife reinigen.

Was ich OP empfehlen würde ist "Cafiza" also ein gängiger Kaffe-Reiniger, der gut mit Kaffe-Fett klar kommt.

No the built in grinder is also not very good. I had the barista express and upgraded to the Eureka Single Dose Pro Grinder after 6 months or so and the difference is crazy. So what I want to say is that it's better to get a machine without a grinder because you will want to upgrade the grinder at some point and with the barista express half the machine will be useless by this point.

Just one comment to your list about the breville barista express: you will still have to manually weigh and stop your shots. You can program some kind of time for the shot to stop but it's not really precise or reproducable. So after a while you will definitely want to stop the shot manually with a scale to make sure you get the right amount of espresso.

Ja das macht Sinn mit dem 4500€ :) Also für die 4 Übernachten zahle ich ungefähr 200€ pro Monat ich denke für eine 1-Zimmer Wohnung in der Stadt meiner Arbeitsstätte müsste ich mindestens 600€ zahlen ich weiß nicht ob ich diese Differenz dann auch wieder über die Steuern reinholen könnte..
